Enigma: The Ethos.
We tried for some time to come up with a simple phrase that captured the spirit of our business philosophy, but we couldn’t settle on one that fit just right. The idea we wanted to capture was that we make a conscious effort to exceed our clients’ expectations in such a way that just blows them away. Then one of our clients offered a comment about a job we’d done for his company, and it struck us as being perfect for our business philosophy. We adopted it at once, and we've been using it ever since:
Our goal is simple: knock it out of the park.
Put another way, if the client expects a 10, do everything possible to deliver a 20.
We're not into mediocrity.
At all.
We aim for excellence in everything we do for our clients. Every time we step up to the plate for a client, we swing for the fence. At the same time however, we work hard at offering excellence in our service without breaking a client's budget. Larger firms can have higher overhead, which means that in many cases, that expense is passed along to the client. Because we're a smaller company, we're able to operate with lower overhead and therefore offer prices larger firms can have a hard time matching.
